As you flow within your personal holiday celebrations this year, take a few moments to slow down and go to Temple. Honor yourself and the energetics of the season. Pull out your yellow, gold, or white candles and sit by the fire or get in a steaming salt and lavender bath with a bit of sparkling water, cider, or maybe a hot chocolate or treasured tea – for this is a celebration of the Self – of Love and Light – and the precious gift of Time. Light your candles in the December Solstice and Yule ritual of celebrating the Light that sees us all through our darker paths while warding off evil and lower densities in this space you call home. Call in stillness and peace and find your center – your 12 o’clock – once again.
Sit back and soak in the frequencies of Light and heat [fire element and water if you’re in a bath], and let go and dream what you want for yourself and the Collective in the coming New Year. Open the Heart space a little wider. Take a deep breath and feel that breath clear down to your toes. Call in your gratitude and on your exhalation, send it out, down and out across the crystalized grids of the Divine Sophia to all sentient life on this planet and to the Great Mother herself. Take another deep breath, and on the exhalation, send your gratitude up and out through the waves of evolutionary Light pouring in right now; send it up and above to the Higher Realms, to the Christo Solar Logos, to The Divine. Take another deep breath into the Heart and feel how you are the center of this Divine Consciousness, and on your next inhalation, pull both energies together into your Heart Center and notice how harmonized you feel. How balanced your feminine and masculine energies are: this is the Christos Sophia, one principle of Unity Consciousness, and harmonizing into Christos Sophia unlocks the higher dimensions and access to higher perceptions and actions and to your complete multidimensional Self.
Take a few deep breaths here, in your attuned peace and quiet, and notice how your breath controlled your mind – your thoughts. And it is your thoughts that control your emotions, and your emotions control your behavior and how you flow and interact within your internal and external worlds. Your breath has so much power and is one of your greatest allies. It is also one way to move energy and frequencies. The breath is life-giving and often called the Sacred Presence of Spirit. When you take the time to come into the quiet, to give yourself the gift of Time and work with the Breath, you calm the mind and emotions and synchronize your energies. You are relaxing the whole Being you are, and you open the door to being able to create and crystalize your reality in just the way you want. These wonderfully simple and deeply Self-loving and nurturing techniques are gifts because they are journeys through our Hearts into the whispers of our Souls and ‘All That Is.’
As we all get ready to end the year and celebrate the Light that is all around and within us, give yourself the precious gift of Time, both long and deeply nurturing moments, intermixed with short in-between points, to purposefully check in, connect, and feel all of the powerful evolutionary cosmic Light waves pouring in through the inner planes this season, calling us to Temple and to step in and claim our personal power and leadership: to move into the next phase of human consciousness and spiritual embodiment. It is time to bring your spiritual light into your physical reality. To examine old beliefs, conditioning, and actions – our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors – and decide what to keep and what needs to be alchemized into more powerful and positive beliefs and actions. This is the time to question everything, both internally and externally. And this is how we become an accountable Spiritual Being on this planet: one who is a powerful creative source, manifesting life here the way you imagine it could be instead of allowing an external select few individuals, institutions, or organizations dictate your desires, internal peace, health, or way of life as it has been during the fall of human consciousness era we are transitioning out of.
Yes, it is heavy and difficult to see an era’s fall -the breaking down – but know this: there are also incredible amounts of higher energy frequencies – portals – of unconditional Love, abundance, and unlimited possibilities pouring in all around us. There is so much help moving in to support and guide us all; all you have to do is step in. Make a conscious choice to reach out, connect in, and call in the Love and the support available. The answers are inside, not outside of ourselves, and that makes us all responsible and accountable for what is created next. And we can not go around it, ignore it, or use the core wounding of indifference – we must go through it to reach the other side.
Try the technique above, try others that light up your Heart Center, and seek out a Sage to help you learn more sacred knowledge and help you on your ascension path so you are supported in birthing your spiritual light – and life – into your physical reality and into the Collective crystalized grids of higher human consciousness. Because really, what is our choice? We have already witnessed – and are seeing – how fabulous and positive the last ‘Fall of Human Consciousness’ era has been for everyone, including our planet and her waters, soils, and all of her children! This is what you came here to do – what we all came here to do – and now is the Time to do the work, to actualize all of the dreams – all of the unlimited potential – that awakened the need within us all to answer the calling of coming into incarnation at this Time, here on this planet, during its deep and heavy transformation, to help create -manifest – our next Golden Age of Enlightenment.
